Snake Skin Purses

/ Thursday, 9 February 2012 /
As those of you who read my blog would know, I have a massive crush on snake-skin, and funnily enough the other day at work, we got a new delivery.  Now in this delivery was the most amazing thing I ever saw...snake-skin purses.  Now i've been looking for a larger snake-skin bag for uni, but now that i've seen these beauties i've changed my mind.  Small little going out purses are definitely something I would love in snake-skin.  They're so handy, and would look amazing with any outfit!  I'm in love and if I could I would take a dozen home.  Enjoy!!

If any of you lovelies would like to buy these bags, they are available from a store called Decjuba, now there is only one store in Sydney (Pitt St), but there are a few more in Melbourne and New Zealand.  For anyone else, online is the best way, unfortunately they're not available online at the moment, but fingers crossed they will be.  Here's the website just in case!

Nail me Some Golden Arrows

/ /
Recently i've been a bit tired of my usual manicure, which really just consists of Revitanail Nail Strengthener (life saver).  So I decided to play it up a bit and see what I could do.  Chevron nails has always been a favourite of mine, but i'm a lazy one and decided to do something a lot simpler and less time consuming.  The finishing result is what I call golden arrows, really just because someone looked at my nails and said "there are arrows on your nails!" I still don't know if that was a compliment or the opposite.  So here it is, my first attempt at nail art, which is probably been done before by many, but hey i'm a beginner cut me some slack.

Tell me what you think!!

p.s. Excuse the lighting of the second photo...still getting the hang of this camera.

Miranda Kerr VS Abbey Lee-Kershaw

/ /
It had to be done, Miranda Kerr vs Abbey Lee-Kershaw, both supermodels, both outrageously gorgeous, and ironically both Australian.  It was like asking me to smile at the camera, a no brainer really.  Who wouldn't put these two head to head on the style meter.

Now what can I say, I've definitely been a Miranda fan for ages.  Abbey and I never quite hit if off as well as Kerr and I did.  So unfortunately for Abbey, i'm going to stick by Miranda.  Her straight laced style with classic pieces and modern twists definitely have a massive gold star in my book.  I've always had a classic sort of style and Miranda definitely exudes my classic, girly and simple tastes, and of course she's been an inspiration for a majority of my own outfits.  Although Abby does have some definite looks that I do like to some extent, I would never be brave enough to even attempt to try them.

So Miranda vs Abbey, who gets your vote??
